Responsibilities and Duties

  • Writing clear marketing content to promote our products/services.
  • Preparing well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems.
  • Proofreading and editing blog posts before publication.
  • Coordinating with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
  • Conducting simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
  • Promoting content on social media.
  • Identifying customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
  • Ensuring all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).
  • Updating website content if needed.
  • Writing content for proposals, quotations, business presentations.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
  • Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.).
  • Cold calling and sending emails to potential clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A graduate/post-graduate in English/Mass Communication/MA in English/Ph.D.
  • Confident in producing work across multiple platforms.
  • Creative and innovative thinker and planner.

Account Executive (Public Relations):- Lucknow

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Liaison with the client, anticipate and respond to their needs.
  • Meeting with clients to identify their objectives and target audience and to go over their PR strategies.
  • Keeping clients up-to-date on the progress of their current PR campaigns by monitoring media coverage and reporting back to their clients via reports/presentations.
  • Manage events, including press conferences/events.
  • Monitor client placements and industry trends to develop client-facing media coverage reports.
  • Create and maintain targeted media lists, develop strong relationships with reporters/editors and pitch story ideas.
  • Draft press releases, media alerts, FAQs, messaging docs, pitches, talking points, agendas, presentations, overall brand campaigns, and activations.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategic/creative thinking for clients.
  • Coordinate and staff media facing events.
  • Research influencers and media to execute product seeding efforts.
  • Research and reach out to marque Talent on behalf of the client.

Qualifications

Executive Assistance

Job Description:

  • Handle all the communication/correspondence related to the desk for the CEO/COO.
  • Set up and maintain the supervisor appointment schedule and calendar activities, remind to accommodate unexpected changes in priorities or work schedules.
  • Schedule staff or committee meetings and make all necessary arrangements relating to time, date and place.
  • Take and transcribe dictation and compose replies to a wide variety of communications when information required is factual in nature or involves matters of established policies or procedures, may refer correspondence or reports to other members of the staff for information or reply.
  • Establish and maintain office files and records and assemble information from these and other sources in response to a request made by the supervisor from time to time.
  • Maintain familiarity with established procedures for clearing correspondence, developing or forwarding reports and obtaining services supplies or temporary office help and provide or take action necessary to meet the day to day operating needs of the office.
  • Make travel arrangements for the supervisor by making flight and hotel arrangements notifying organizations and individuals of the arrangements, coordinating contacts en route and preparing travel vouchers and reports upon return.
  • Analyze and provide all the required management information reports to the supervisor.
  • Research, Prioritize and follow up on multiple issues and concerns addressed to the supervisor including those of a sensitive and confidential nature.
  • Research information, compile statistics, gather and compute various date, prepare special one time reports, summaries or reply to inquiries, select relevant data from a variety of sources.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office of the CEO and assists and represent the CEO in communicating with constituents.
  • Oversee and coordinate the day to day operations of the office to include management and training of staff, scheduling and prioritizing work assignments and implementation of effective operating policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Coordinate and plan the scheduling of client appointments, department presentations, training, and related function.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all matters.
